PATENT
A patent is a monopoly right granted to the owner of an invention that legally prevents others from making, using, importing or selling the invention without his permission for a certain period and in a certain country
INDUSTRIAL DESIGNS
Design is a monopoly right granted to the owner of a design which is a product as a whole or a part on which there is an ornament or a line or a shape or a texture or a materal that can be sensed with the human senses and legally prevents others from making, using, importing or selling the design without his permission for a certain period and in a certain country.
TRADEMARKS
A trademark is a mark that can be presented with drawings, or published or shapes of the goods and contains words, phrases, symbols or designs, or a combination of words, phrases, numbers, symbols or designs, including person names, that identifies and distinguishes the source of the goods of one party from those of others.
INVESTIGATION
Patent search is a search to determine if there is a registered patent, utility model or industrial design for a certain product in the world or not.
If a third party wants to apply for a patent, utility model or a design in Turkey regarding to your registered product , it must be legally objected and the application must be withdrawn.
Who We Are ?
Silivri Patent was founded by patent and trademark attorney Mr. Salim Şentürk.
Salim Şentürk was graduated from Karadeniz Technical University with first degree. He had worked at Hidrel A.Ş. which belongs to Oerlikon group as a sales and project engineer for the hydraulic-pneumatic and automation devices. He gives seminars about the hydraulic-pneumatic and automation devices at KOSGEB (governmental organization of small and medium industry development) and many other foundations. He has worked as a chief of production at a company which products the Rowenta and Moulinex branded irons. He had worked as a factory engineer at the sector of shoe polish and worked as production coordinator at plastic cases production factory. He also worked as a factory engineer at a company which products Kinetik, Mytrax and Flogart branded shoes.
